Review:
Another El Toro reléase and what else can do at the beginning of 2009, as an anniversary reléase for that tragic moment of Rock'n'Roll History.
If the "music" died on that stormy day ¡n february ¡s a question which I don't want to answer, so there was much more Rock'n'Roll afterwards, but for fans ¡t will be a tragic moment forever, so nuff said. Anyway, El Toro put a nice compilation together with a lot of specials, like the promo radio spots for the Winter Dance Party tour, by Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and Big Bopper, alongside with recordings Richtie Valens made as Arvee Allens and Big Bopper made as J.P. Richardson & the Echoes ( his real name), surrounded by all the hits like "Chantilly Lace", "La Bamba" and "Rave On", just to name a few well known of each.
So, this álbum shows all the goodles from all three acts ¡n a very mixed track order.
This 27 track CD is a mee idea and well done. As usual, booklet with lot of infos / pictures etc.. A goodie one!
