Review:
his Spanish band started as a Psychobillyband throughout the 80's / 90's. Long Time, No see !!! I don't heard of them since ages and now El Toro is coming along with that GREAT 15 track album. Meantime the band changed the line up a few times and on this new album they look more like a bunch of Rockabillies ( well, the bass player played in several Spanish Rockabillybands and as far as I know he also played with the Fabulous Ottomans). Allow me to say that the Brioles deliver here a more than high entertaining album. Crossing the border between Rockabilly and trad.
Psychobilly all the time, the band present a fantastic sound and fantastic song writing including Spanish and English lyrics. Like I said, they play a great mix of Rockabilly and / or Psychobilly in a very traditional way. There is NO bad track and if you like modern rockin' with real drive this is a MUST HAVE !!! Also I can recommend this album to Psychobillies and Rockabillies - you won't be disappointed !!!!! i HIGH RECOMMENDED!!!!!
